Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over £50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Flexible Returns Policy

Just like our signature bandage dresses adapt to your curves, we’ve designed our returns process to adapt to your needs:

  • 15-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Free returns for UK customers (international returns subject to shipping fees)
  • Full refunds for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Easy exchanges for size or colour (subject to availability)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Exclusive limited-edition bandage dresses marked as “Final Sale”

These items can only be returned if faulty.

We’ll provide you with a returns address and instructions. For UK customers, we include a prepaid returns label. International customers will need to arrange their own return shipping.

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our warehouse, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information
